Yes we are already getting ready for Halloween at our house. Rem is also making some tomb stone and stuff for Desert Star Playhouse. It's great because he gets paid and we get free tickets to go to the show and he gets to do something he loves!
The kids love going to the trampoline place and I love it because it wears them out.
The Ranch
The Ranch is my favorite place to go. Unfortunately it has sold so we can only go if we pay full price or go off season. So this year we pulled the kids out of school to be able to go. I was so glad we did because it was a blast! We used to go in the summer, but I have actually really liked going in the fall. The colors are beautiful, it's still decent weather and the heated pool is fun to be in all day long!
There was a fire going on somewhere, so we didn't see the sun almost the whole week. But it did make for some pretty cool pictures.
The kids found so many frogs!! And play with them ALL the time, those poor frogs. We had to tell them that they needed to take a nap because some of the kids were tossing them around and not being very gentle with them. But they were in heaven playing with them.
My cousin James brought up stuff for the kids to make rockets and then launch them. They had a blast doing this and Melissa even painted rockets on their faces.
My Aunt Debbie brought up paints and stencils for the kids to paint their own t-shirt. They turned out pretty cute!
My cousins brought up this smaller four-wheeler for their kids and let Paxton have a turn to learn how to ride it. He was in heaven and just wanted to be constantly driving that thing around. Looks like we need to invest in one (or maybe Grandpa).
The kids loved going over to Chatanooga, the hot springs. It's fun to sit in the warm water, climb the rocks and walk over to the river.
So many fun things to do at the ranch, I can't wait to go back!
First Day of Preschool for Graham
I put Graham in a dance preschool this year. Mainly because his friend Elly was going there and it's nice to have someone to carpool with. But also it was cheaper to do this than regular preschool and an after school gym/tumbling class. He is one of two boys in his class and there are 10 girls! It's a good thing he gets along with them so well!
We had to buy some athletic clothing and some black ballet slippers for this boy. They did dance twice a week.
Fun times at Wheeler Farm
Flag Football
Paxton played flag football this fall with his buddy Jaiden (not pictured). He had a blast and made some new friends! It was fun watching him play.
Paxton is doing well in Taekwondo! He just tested and earned his next belt!
Mini Golf
We love Nate the Great! He is so awesome to remember to make plans with us. Mini golf at Boondocks is becoming a tradition. Paxton and I both got a hole in one!!
Paxton's 2nd Grade Picture
He has this idea that he doesn't like smiling with his teeth. So this is what we get for now. He sure is a handsome kid!
