November 2016

Went and saw Moana with the boys, it was a cute movie.

Teaching him young ;)  It only lasted a couple days, but he did a good job washing everything off the dishes.  I love those tippy toes!

Loving the snow!  One night when we got home kind of late from a party, there was lots of snow.  The boys were super excited about it and Rem went out and helped them build a snowman!

Paxton went to a Harry Potter birthday party, we threw this outfit together last minute.  He now loves Harry Potter and we have read the first book together and watched the first movie!

Proof of Rem supporting the Utes and wearing a Utes shirt on game day!

Getting ready for Christmas and pulling out the decorations.  (The day after Thanksgiving)

Graham and I went to Gardner Village one afternoon to visit a friend that works at the salon and then we walked around to see the elves and had lunch at the bakery.  I love hanging out with this cute boy!

Our Stake did a 24 hour Road Show.  So our Ward had 24 hours to throw this together and their theme was the 40's.  It was about a 7 minute production.  Rem helped make props for it and the kids performed.  I had to work during the day so I got to come and enjoy the show.  The boys were broomsticks in the Fantasia part.  Everyone did a really good job!

Leaves!

Playing in the leaves is so much fun!  We made a huge pile for the kids in the backyard, they had a blast!  This is our friend and neighbor, Elly.

Food Bank Shopping
Every year we go shopping with my entire Dad's side of the family for food to donate to the food bank.  We went to Sam's club and as we were walking around Graham got hurt and I found this flat bed cart so I put him on it so I didn't have to carry him.

At the end when everyone was checking out and we had a huge line of carts, the kids get a little restless.  So I gathered a bunch of them up and we went for a ride around the store.  Here they are cuddling some soft sleeping bags.  At one point I had about 6-7 kids on there and I guess some guy made a comment to my cousin that was down the isle "Well I guess that's the only way to do it when you have that many kids".  Haha, he thought they were all mine.

First Grade Feast
Paxton's first grade class did a big feast.  The kids dressed up like Pilgrims and the parents like Indians.  It was fun to go see Pax at school, have lunch with him and watch the kids play some arm and leg wrestling games and then we went outside and we all had a race.

Happy Thanksgiving
This year we did Thanksgiving with the Sorenson side.  We started out with the kids doing some coloring pages while we finished getting dinner ready and eating appetizers.  I love seeing all these kids hanging out, there are 18 grand kids now!

After dinner they made turkey pumpkins.

I'm so grateful for this little family of mine!  Sure love them!

Ice skating!
We took the boys ice skating for the first time (well it was Paxton's second, but it's been a couple years).  It was a little rough at first and there were some tears from Pax.  We made it our goal to leave on a high note or else we knew Pax would never want to come back again.  So he finally started liking it a little more and more.  We still did the wall pretty much the whole time, but because he liked it so much we have been back 3-4 more times and now he is really getting the hang of it!

I can't believe they make skates small enough to fit Graham, they are the cutest things!
