I need to get back to my blogging again! I've been terrible. I have been so bad at taking pictures lately because our camera broke, all I have is either our little sport underwater camera or Rem's cell phone (that is when he is around). But I do have a little bit of catching up to do and I'm starting to write down some of the things Paxton is saying because he just cracks us up. So I may post his sayings with no pictures, just so I have record of it and it's fun to share!
So lately there have been a few people around us that are pregnant so we have been telling Paxton that there are babies in their tummies. So one day...
Paxton: (touching my tummy) baby in your tummy?
Me: No, I don't have a baby in my tummy.
Paxton: (touching my breast) baby?
Me: No there's no babies in there either, that's my chest.
Paxton: You have two chests!
:) haha Yes I do, silly kid!
Paxton just loves to talk to people. The other day while sitting out in our front yard, our neighbor Todd was out. Paxton says "I'm going to talk to Todd". He walks over and just starts having this full on conversation with him asking him what he's doing, they were talking about his tree if he should cut it down or not, Paxton said not. He was smelling his flowers and said that they smelled like candy. And on and on. I love this about him!
So in the mornings usually just one of us gets Paxton out of bed. One morning I went in and was just talking to him as he was waking up when Rem walks in the room. Pax looks up at him and says, "Oh man. What's going on here daddy? Oh man. Oh man".
Oh we got Paxton a new bike, a balance bike. He is just loving it! It's fun to watch him figure it out and get better and better at it!

You seriously can have a full on conversation with this kid! haha! When I put him down for a nap on Wednesday, he told me he was going to dream about horses. So when he woke up I asked, "Paxton, did you have a dream about horses?" He said, "yes".
"Did you ride the horses?"
"Yes, but I got bucked off"
"Did you get hurt?"
"I bonked my head"
"Did your mom call the doctor?"
"yes"
"and what did the doctor say?"
"No more monkeys jumping on the bed!"
Haha. He cracks me up. I love it when he quotes Lion King too. "SARABI!" "They call me Mr. Pig!"
Thanks for letting me babysit him!
