We do a babysitting trade with our friends that live just down the street. So Paxton, Ender and Chloe get to hangout just about every weekend. They love dance parties!
Rem and Paxton went with Rem's brother Ryan and Jack to Marvel's Hero Live downtown. They said it was awesome. Paxton and Jack thought it was especially cool to see all the superheroes.
If Graham had a favorite super hero, I would say it was the Hulk.
I finally got a picture of these two in their twinner jammies! It's not a great one, but it's the best I could get.
We love going to pick Paxton up from school, that means playing on the playground!
I got to watch my cousins cute kids one day. It was a little crazy, but luckily we had some good weather that they could play outside. I couldn't even get them too come in for lunch, so we had a picnic outside instead.
Another fun weekend with Ender and Chloe.
The Circus
I remember loving the circus as a kid so when I saw that the circus was coming, I decided it would be fun to take my kids. Jamie and Sandee and their kids joined us too. For me it wasn't as good as I remembered it to be, but there were some pretty cool things to watch. And the kids loved it, which made it more fun and enjoyable for me.
U of U basket ball game
Grandpa Moss invited us to join him at a basketball game. These boys sure do love their Grandpa and he sure loves his grand kids and spoiled them that night with cotton candy!
A boy that was sitting in front of us caught this ball and it was so sweet of him to give it to Graham. It put a huge smile on Grahams face!
Cotton Candy!
Build-a-Bear
Grandma Moss treated all the grand kids to a Build-a-Bear as their Valentines present. It was so fun to see the kids pick out what bear they wanted and how they dressed it. Paxton of course went with a Storm Trooper bear with a gun and named him Commander Cody. Graham went with a teddy bear wearing a green dinosaur shirt and some basketball gear. When asked to name his bear, he said Heart. Paxton and I came up with Bolt instead. These kids had a blast!
The boxes sure were a big hit. These kids crack me up, they were being so silly.
Valentines Day
The holiday was on a Sunday this year. So Paxton had his class party on the Friday before. He came home with a cute bag and lots of treats that he was very excited about.
We started a tradition of tying red yarn to the boys bedroom door and winding it all around the house, leading them to their Valentines gift. The boys were very excited in the morning to follow it.
Paxton got Star Wars Lego guys and Graham got a Snoopy stuffed animal along with some treats and a balloon for each of them.
We had yummy cinnamon rolls and strawberries with whipped cream for breakfast.
Later, one of my cute Young Women came over and brought a basket full of yummy treats and these cute stuffed animals for the boys. They were obsessed!
Bedtime cheese sandwiches :)
Classic Fun Center
Scooters, skates, jungle gym, pizza and more. This was our first time as a family going to Classic. It really was a good time, the kids LOVED it!
Paxton sometimes has a hard time trying new things if they look iffy to him. We finally forced him to go down this yellow slide because we knew he'd love it and sure enough, HE DID! These kids played hard, sweated a lot and slept really good that night.
The Zoo
We always love the chance to go to the Zoo. This time we took Sandee and Jake with us. Even though it was a little cold that day, it ended up being the perfect time to go because there was hardly anyone there, but also because most of the animals were out and about.
It was so awesome to get to see the baby giraffe! The dad giraffe was separated (I'm not sure why), but it was really cute to see him watching his little one walk around. He was very curious.
Graham loves tigers!
Such cute cousins! Jake and Graham almost look like twins with their blonde short hair and their striped jackets.
Jake and Graham are inside and Paxton was surprising them by which hole he would look through. There are holes in the middle of the log too. They were having a blast!
