San Diego!

finally...
Besides enjoying our relaxing time at the beach house and on the beach, we also went

Kayaking
We drove over to La Jolla and went out with a tour group and kayaked over to these caves.  It's was pretty cool, but too bad it was too dangerous to venture inside them.  We had a blast, this was our first time doing this.  The only hard thing about it was getting out past those waves and coming in with the waves, we got thrown into the water both times, ha ha.  At least everyone else fell coming in also.

One of the other days the guys all went to the U.S.S. Midway while the girls went shopping and Paxton and I took naps, well Paxton did.  Then we went and played at the beach when he woke up just me and him, it was fun!

(These pictures are so out of order).  This is our second day at SeaWorld.  Rem, Paxton and I went back to SeaWorld (for free) a second day.  We just went in the morning for a couple of hours.  We wanted to go back and see/do a few things that we missed the first day.
Paxton would not look at the camera for a picture.  He did like Shamu though, he would say hi.
We went on a few rides one of which Paxton wasn't too sure of, at least he didn't cry, just his face was priceless.  (no picture)
He loved showing us how the flamingo's stand.

This was our first morning here.  When we woke up we all just wanted to go see the beach so we all walked out there in our pajamas.  We found lots of sea shells and dodged the waves coming in.  I love feeling the sand in between my toes!

Our first day at SeaWorld.  It was a blast going with the whole family.  Paxton got lots of attention and it was fun watching his reaction to the animals.  He liked so many of the animals, especially watching the dolphins jump out of the water.

We also got to go to the San Diego Zoo.  Just Grandma, Grandpa, GG and us went to the zoo, the rest stayed back and went surfing.
Paxton sitting on Papa's shoulders viewing the map.  He was pointing out all the animals and telling us what they were.
When we first got there we went on a tour bus around the Zoo.  I highly recommend this (it's free).  We actually saw quite a bit and it was fun to hear some interesting facts about the animals.  After the bus ride we then just walked to animals that eithere we didn't see or wanted to see again.
GG bought Paxton this lion stuffed animal, he loves it.

Uncle Trev and Aunt Sandee taking Paxton for a bike ride, which he loved!

These beach pictures are from the day that everyone left us.  We had a great time playing in the sand.  Paxton would call the beach, the "big sandbox".

He loved getting his legs buried in the sand.

After playing in the beach, it was very nice to have this huge sink in the laundry room to rinse off Paxton, taking off diaper and all because there was sand everywhere!
More playing at the beach.

Erika and I tried builing a sand castle but Paxton just kept wanting to destroy it.  We finally got most of it done and then we let him destroy it, we all joined in on the fun too.

We had a very fun vacation!  I wish I could go back!
Thanks Mom and Dad!

Oh ya, and you can click here to view more pictures from the vacation.
