Some things we want to remember about this age...
-When we listen to his Disney CD in the car he only like certain songs so he use to whine and scream for me to change it so I taught him to say 'No Thank you'. So now he says 'No Hank you' and he'll keep repeating it if I don't change the song right away, it's so cute.
-We just put him in a big boy bed yesterday! He did great for nap time, fell asleep pretty quick and took a nice long nap. Then when he woke up, he did NOT want to get out of bed. I finally had to pull him out for dinner time and he was not happy. Then when it came to bed time he was so excited to go to bed that he climbed right in. We had to pull him out to brush teeth and say prayers, which prayers he ended up in the bed, he just couldn't wait! He struggled falling asleep for a little bit, but then he was fine the rest of the night. **And now currently he still loves sleeping in his bed and doesn't get out of it until we come get him. For Christmas he is going to get even a bigger boy bed, a twin sized bed!**
-He loves to play make believe with his toys, especially his animal toys. He always wants one of us to play with him and make the animals talk to eachother. After a while this gets quite boring, but it's a lot of fun to see what he is going to say.
-Paxton is such a BOY! I had no idea raising a boy would be like this, but he loves to tackle, push, hit. He loves to play the bad guy and says things like 'I will hit you and squish you'. He'll talk in a low scratchy voice. When he's playing make believe with his toys at times he will be so mean with them. I hope he's not treating other kids like this in nursery.
-He has learned a couple of church songs: I Love to See the Temple & Whenever I Hear the Song of a Bird. He knows a bunch of other fun songs like: ABC's, 3 Little Monkeys, Isty Bitsy Spider, Baa Baa Black Sheep, Row Row Row your Boat, and he sings along with many more. I just taught him a Halloween song: I'm a Mean Old Witch. And he sings along with his Disney songs we listen to in the car. It surprises me how much of the words he knows.
-He is so social and will talk to anyone. It's really cute the conversations he has with other people. He's great at talking to people on the phone, it amazes me how well he can have a conversation with them.
-He is always making us laugh. The things he says, I need to be better at writing them down. Even little phrases like "of course" "I'm cool" and randomly saying to me or other people "you're beautiful" "you're the best" "you're my best friend". It's funny the phrases they pick up from us, he'll say to me "Mom, you drive me crazy" haha I totally say that too him!

Cute cute boy! I wonder if boy #2 will be as social as him?! I bet he will if Paxton is always talking to him. I love having conversations with Pax. He is so fun to talk with!
