a few things...

Wow, it's been a while since I have blogged!  I have been totally addicted to digital scrapbooking.   One day I decided that I needed to try and get caught up with my scrapbooks (seems impossible, right?)  Well I'm not caught up yet, and it'll still be a while coming, but I have gotten a ton done!

2011
I first started our 2011 book and I have scrapbooked January through June is done!

 2009
Then I started our 2009 book and I am almost done!  I mainly just have to do some journaling on a few pages about our adoption journey and design a couple more pages on our Disneyland vacation, then I will be done and I can order my book!  I can't believe I did a whole years worth in a little over a month, that would have never happened with the traditional scrapbooking.  I am LOVING this digital stuff!

So sorry that I have neglected the blog.

Here are a few things we have been up to lately...

Lots of Swimming...
This is with my friend Jackie from work and her little boy, Issac.

GG's Pool Party with the cousins.  I wish I was a little quicker with the camera that day, cuz Paxton and Maya gave eachother a kiss.  And then later Paxton totally dunked Maya, just took her head and pushed it under the water.  Maya didn't even cry, she just had a look on her face like 'what the heck?'  Paxton calls Maya 'Mia'.

We also went to Jungle Jims!

Paxton hated the swings and the carrousel.  Most everything else he did pretty good on as long as daddy was riding with him.  I don't think we will be going to Lagoon anytime soon.

We have had a few BBQ's, some with friends and some just grilling for our own dinner with veggies straight from our garden.

Paxton trying to eat the yellow pepper.  He kept calling it an apple.
The aprons are from my Grandma.  My Grandpa and Dad use to wear them.   They say Father and Son on them.
This was the best dinner ever!  Fresh corn and peppers on a shiskabob from our garden.  YUM!

We went to the Zoo with Aunt Jamie and my friend Renee and her two kids.
Jamie took all the pictures so to view more, click here.

We also went to Uncle Dan's Graduation.  He graduated from BYU, way to go!

Paxton doesn't know how to sit still, so we did a lot of walking the halls.  Once again, Jamie has all the pictures, so to view more you can click here.

Well that's it for now.  I will try not to neglect the blog, but I can't make any promises.
