Paxton is getting his 2nd tooth! It just popped through a couple of days ago, you can barely see it (obviously not in these pictures). With Paxton's first tooth it was a complete surprise when it came because he wasn't fussy at all. This one has been a little different. He has been a little fussy, but not bad and it only lasted a couple of days and usually only when I put him down for a nap.
These pictures below were taken at the Riverton Hospital-Primary Children's outpatient Center
They had a make and take it in the waiting room, so we made Paxton a hat :)
The reason we were there was to get some x-rays on Paxton's chest and he had to drink this flavored chalk so they could watch it go down. We are trying to figure out his wheezing. We finally saw a Pulmonary doctor and she had no idea what his wheezing is, but she did say that it's not normal and it's not asthma or allergies. The tests came back normal and the next step was to take him to Primary's and put him under anaesthesia and put a scope down his throat so they can see what's going on, but this made us nervous. So she suggested to treat him for Acid Reflux, so after doing a little research we decided to go ahead with it. He just started his medications today and we should be able to tell within a week or so if it's helping.
Here is a video that I watched when doing some research that helped me think that there is a possibility that this could be acid reflux. If your interested...
Overall Paxton is doing great, he is a happy and healthy boy! I thought it was funny when the Pulmonary doctor saw Paxton we brought a couple of video's of him wheezing just in case he wouldn't do it there and the doctor said, 'If you didn't bring these video's in, I would have laughed at you guys and said you were crazy because he just seems to be breathing great and is so healthy!'
Here is a video of him wheezing. This is when it's bad, most other times it's just a little squeaking noise.

Poor little guy, that would have me a bit worried too! It doesn't seem to upset him, so I guess that's a good sign? I'm glad your doctors seem to be considering all the possibilities, keep us posted!
