
I have never been happy with my weight. I have tried going to the gym and doing Weight Watchers, but I always have a hard time with it and end up stopping and then starting again and then stopping, you get the picture. I have decided that I do alot better when I make a bet with someone or when people can see my progress. So my cousin and I have just barely started this new blog (http://www.skinnycows101.blogspot.com/) to help us keep track of eachother and give eachother new meal ideas, and uplifting thoughts! We can't really afford to sign-up and go to the Weight Watcher meetings, but have heard that it helps to have a support group and weigh-in every week.
