1 month old!

I have seen people take pictures of their kids with the same stuffed animal every month to show their growth.  I thought it was a cute idea, so Remi, Paxton and I ventured over to IKEA yesterday and found this cute Alligator, it even came with a baby one... so cute!  I was going to just take pictures of him myself, but my cousin does such a great job doing pictures that I wanted her to do them.  Thanks Angie, I loved how they turned out!

I can't believe my baby is 1 month old, he's growing too fast!  My guess is he is probably around 9 pounds now.  We are starting to see some little smiles as he is making eye contact, it's really fun.  We LOVE this little guy sooo much!

She also took some pictures of her little boy and Paxton together in their matching outfits, so I will post some more pictures soon!

Special Delivery

Paxton got his first package in the mail last week.  He got some cute clothes from his aunt and uncle that live in Hawaii.

hOppy EASTER

On Saturday we had an easter egg hunt at Grandpa & Grandma Sorenson's.  And we got to meet Paxton's new cousin, Keaton born only 1 day before.  We can't wait for Rachael to have her baby this month.  It'll be so much fun to have these three boys grow up together!

Then when Remi went to Preisthood Session with his Dad, Paxton and I went to my Mom's house and had fun coloring easter eggs!! 

Grandma Moss sent us home with this cute Easter basket (this was my basket as I grew up) with candy in it for Remi and I.

Then Great Grandma Moss brought us by the traditional Easter gift...some socks YEAH!

'Date Night'

Now we know the meaning of 'Date Night'.

  It was really nice to be able to get out and enjoy each others company although by the end we were really missing our little Paxton.

For our anniversary we went out to dinner to the Cheesecake Factory...YUM

and then we went to the Jazz game with some friends (we got the tickets from my dad) they were awesome seats... Thanks Dad!

And thanks for the fun night babe, sure loved spending time with you!

2 weeks old and GROWING

Paxton turned 2 weeks old on March 31st and had his 2 week appointment was on April 1st.  Remi and I were shocked to find out that Paxton weighed in at 8 lbs. 4 oz.!!! (he weighed 7 lbs. 6 oz. at birth)  WOW, he doesn't look like he has grown that much.  The doctor said he is very healthy and he is starting out in the 50%  range with weight, heigth, and his head.

Our poor little guy had a rough day after the appointment, we spent most of the day snuggling.
